Ingredients
- 150 g plain kefir
- 100 g reduced-fat Greek yoghurt
- 20 g vanilla whey protein isolate
- 75 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen — thawed)
- 20 g rolled oats
- 10 g chia seeds
- 10 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp honey optional
Instructions
- Whisk the protein powder into the Greek yoghurt until smooth.
- Add the kefir and stir until combined.
- Spoon into a serving bowl.
- Top with berries, oats, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds.
- Drizzle with honey if desired and serve immediately.
