  • 9 piece fresh basil leaves — torn
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze optional
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 pinch Freshly cracked black pepper — to taste optional
  • 2 piece wholegrain crispbreads optional

Instructions

  1. Spoon the cottage cheese into a serving bowl.
  2. Arrange the cherry tomatoes over the top.
  3. Scatter over the basil leaves.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze if using.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano and cracked black pepper.
