Ingredients
- 250 ml calcium-fortified soy milk
- 30 g vanilla plant-based protein powder — pea/soy blend
- 50 g frozen blueberries
- 50 g small banana
- 15 g gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 piece Cinnamon
Instructions
- Blend soy milk, protein powder, blueberries and banana until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Sprinkle with oats, chia seeds and cinnamon.
