Ingredients
- 150 g low-fat cottage cheese
- 50 g smoked salmon
- 0.5 slice wholegrain sourdough — toasted and torn into pieces
- 40 g cucumber — diced
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 piece Black pepper
- 1 piece Lemon wedge
Instructions
- Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl.
- Top with smoked salmon, cucumber and toasted sourdough pieces.
- Finish with chives, black pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
